How can I register for a course?

You can register Here for our courses.  Select your course and fill out the registration information.  Payment can be processed through our secure online payment system.   Please contact us if you would like to pay by check.

The class I would like to register for is sold out?  What can I do?

Please call or e-mail us and we will put you on a cancellation list. If we have a registrant who needs to cancel, we will contact you with the opportunity to sign-up

We have chosen to limit our seminar class size to improve your learning experience. We believe that a smaller class size increases your educational opportunities and creates a more comfortable learning environment.

Are you a RACE approved continuing education provider?

Yes, Veterinary Dentistry Education and Consulting Services LLC (VDECS) is an approved provider. All of our courses will be, or are submitted, for RACE approval by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards.  CE Certificates are provided at the end of the seminar. RACE guidelines prohibit using RACE program status on promotional and advertising materials for a continuing education course until an individual course RACE Program Application is successfully approved and RACE has provided approval notification for an Approved Continuing Education Program. If and when notification is received, then a RACE provider can add approval to their course listing. Therefore, only after receiving approval notification will VDECS add this information to the continuing education course listings.

Where are seminars held?

Our seminars are held at the iM3 facility in Vancouver, Washington. (IM3 Inc, 12414 Northeast 95th Street, Vancouver, WA 98682)

Hotel Accommodations?

There are many hotel options in the area with standard national hotel chains.  Vancouver Mall and Salmon Creek are areas of Vancouver that are closer to the location of IM3, which is in the Orchards neighborhood of Vancouver.  The Heathman Lodge is a nice Pacific Northwest Style Hotel. If interested, please contact them directly. 

Where can I find the detailed agenda?

An email with a detailed agenda/schedule with times will be emailed approximately 2 weeks prior to your registered course along with an information form regarding dietary preferences/restrictions. 

What should I wear to the seminar?

You should dress comfortably for lecture portions.  Scrubs are recommended for laboratory portions of the seminar. If you have surgical loupes for magnification, consider bringing them to the laboratory portion.

What should I bring with me to the seminar?

Comprehensive typed notes are provided for each course. However, every individual participant learns and retains information differently. Therefore, you should bring your note taking method of choice for lecture portions of the course.  All materials will be provided for the laboratory portions of the course.  If you have magnification, you may find it useful for laboratory portions.  Any additional seminar materials will be provided for registered attendees.

What is the seminar cancellation policy?

We understand that things arise that could prevent you from attending a course you have registered for.  Should this happen, we have a few options for you. 

1.       If a colleague is able to attend in your place, there will be no additional fees.  Please call or email us with the new attendee’s name and contact information, so that we may update our class list and attendee information.

2.      If a cancellation occurs more than thirty days prior to the course, you may use the registration fee as credit to a future course.  Please contact us via email or phone to make arrangements.

3.      If cancellation occurs more than thirty days prior to the course, and you do not wish to credit your registration fees to a future course, you can request a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.

4.      If it is less than thirty days prior to the course, and you wish to cancel your attendance, you can request a refund less a 35% cancellation fee

If program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, VDECS will fully refund registration fees.  VDECS cannot be held responsible for fees charged by hotels, airline, rental and travel agencies, or other organizations.

Will you share my personal information?

Absolutely not!  We value your privacy as much as we do our own.  This means we will never share, sell, or trade your personal information with anyone.
